Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in enterprise conversational AI and contact-center projects.
• Hands-on development with NICE CXone and Cognigy platform.
• Experience building voice bots, virtual agents, IVR flows, APIs, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop conversational AI solutions using Cognigy.
• Build and implement voice bots, virtual agents, and automated conversational experiences.
• Develop and customize contact-center solutions using NICE CXone.
• Design conversational flows, customer journeys, and interaction workflows.
• Develop and maintain IVR and customer interaction flows.
• Integrate Cognigy conversational solutions with NICE CXone.
• Develop integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, CRM systems, and backend services.
• Implement REST API and web-service integrations supporting conversational experiences.
• Translate business requirements and customer journeys into technical conversational designs.
• Configure and develop routing and interaction logic where required.
• Perform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing of conversational AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot voice bot, conversational flow, API, integration, and contact-center issues.
• Optimize conversational experiences based on testing and production performance.
• Support deployments, releases, and production implementations.
• Collaborate with AI, application, contact-center, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Maintain technical and conversational-flow documentation.
