You will drive the end‑to‑end user experience across chat and voice interfaces, migrating to Dialogflow CX, and collaborating with product, engineering, data, and operations to innovate healthcare conversations.
The role emphasizes designing scalable chatbot experiences, building reusable components, and defining success metrics.
Qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 5+ years in design strategy and product design for digital experiences.
- Proven experience designing accessible, scalable chatbot experiences.
- Experience with Dialogflow CX, AWS Lex/Connect, Genesys Cloud.
- Experience building design systems with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration in multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Healthcare/Medicare domain experience is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Lead end‑to‑end customer experience for chat and voice interfaces.
- Migrate from Nuance to Google Dialogflow CX and CX Agents.
- Design NLU flows and complex Dialogflow CX agents.
- Create reusable components and libraries for multiple experiences.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and operations.
- Support language analysis using Python and conduct user research.
- Define OKRs and KPIs for conversational initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for innovative conversational apps in healthcare.
