Job summary

Weave is seeking a Disputes Specialist to manage a guided caseload of merchant disputes, ensuring timely updates and clear communication with merchants. You will gather evidence and submit responses using established checklists and workflows, and oversee the collection and return of disputed funds with precise financial records.

This fully remote role is based in Mexico and reports to a US-based Payments Risk Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage disputes with attention to detail.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly in writing and speech.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate information and develop solutions.
