Job summary

Unlimit is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to join our disputes and chargebacks team in the United States. You will handle disputes, conduct fraud analysis, and manage cases through the full lifecycle, from collection of documentation to submission of responses.

The role requires understanding of the card payment ecosystem and strong organizational skills to prioritize cases by deadlines. You will communicate with merchants and internal teams, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely

Qualifications

1 year of experience in disputes, chargebacks, fraud in fintech/bank/acquiring.
Basic understanding of card payment ecosystem: issuer, acquirer, merchant, card schemes.
Understanding fraud types and difference between fraud, friendly fraud, and merchant disputes.
Good organizational and time-management skills and ability to prioritize by deadlines.

Responsibilities

Handle Visa and Mastercard disputes and chargebacks within acquiring operations.
Conduct fraud case analysis.
Manage cases throughout the dispute lifecycle.
Collect, review, and prepare supporting documentation (evidence).
Prepare and submit chargeback responses (representments).
Monitor dispute deadlines and ensure compliance with card scheme requirements.
Communicate with merchants and internal teams regarding dispute cases.
Maintain accurate dispute records and reporting.
