Responsibilities

• Manage a small, guided caseload of chargeback disputes and provide updates to merchants.
• Gather evidence and submit responses using established checklists and workflows.
• Ensure timely submission of responses to maximize dispute outcomes.
• Clearly communicate dispute results to merchants to maintain transparency.
• Oversee collection and return of disputed funds with accurate records.
• Assist in monitoring chargeback volumes to identify potential fraud trends under guidance.
