Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. seeks a Charge Capture Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of the charge capture team across multiple specialty areas. This role will supervise, delegate work, and resolve complex billing issues with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding, coaching, maintaining compliance with regulations, and reporting performance metrics. This position is primarily remote with occasional on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years in revenue cycle/charge capture preferred.
• CPC, CCS-P and/or RHIT/RHIA certifications required.
• Experience supervising 6+ staff; leadership in multi-specialty settings.
• Epic PB Resolute experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily charge capture operations across multiple specialties.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor staff and enforce performance standards.
• Collaborate with CPS, physicians and admin to resolve issues.
• Develop and revise protocols to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor regulations and ensure compliance with payor policies.
