Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6-7 years of progressive experience with 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in charge capture and revenue cycle processes.
• Paid work experience in related field; equivalent combinations considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee review of clinical documentation to capture all billable services accurately.
• Validate billing practices against payer rules and policies.
• Analyze charge capture data and prepare reports for leadership.
• Identify revenue leakage and optimize reconciliation processes.
• Ensure services align with correct billable codes and pricing.
• Coordinate with leadership to implement best practices and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor charge capture processes to drive revenue integrity improvements.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Manage an enterprise-wide process with supervisors and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
