Job summary

MCW seeks a Charge Capture Supervisor to lead daily operations of charge capture staff across multiple specialty areas. This largely remote role requires occasional onsite presence and direct oversight of 26 to 35+ staff, plus coaching, recruitment and performance reviews.

You will serve as the Epic PB Resolute expert for charge capture, monitor regulatory changes, analyze revenue cycle data, and develop improved workflows to boost accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years experience in charge capture/revenue cycle.
• CPC, CCS-P or RHIT/RHIA certification required.
• Strong leadership and HR management experience.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.
• Epic PB Resolute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily charge capture operations across multiple specialties.
• Resolve charge capture issues with physicians and staff.
• Develop and revise operational protocols to improve efficiency.
• Recruit and onboard new staff; manage performance.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and third-party policies.
• Coach staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Analyze billing data to improve accounts receivable.
• Provide coverage for the Charge Capture Manager.
