Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. seeks a Charge Capture Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of the charge capture staff in a multi-specialty medical practice.

This primarily remote role requires occasional onsite presence and emphasizes workflow management, coaching, and improving coding and revenue cycle performance. You will supervise 26–35+ direct reports, collaborate with the Charge Capture Manager, CPS administration, physicians, and staff; serve as the Epic PB Resolute expert;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in charge capture/revenue cycle.
• Coding certifications CPC, CCS-P and/or RHIT/RHIA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily charge capture operations across multiple specialty areas.
• Investigate and resolve charge capture issues with physicians and staff.
• Lead 26–35+ direct reports and provide coverage for the manager.
• Act as Epic PB Resolute expert for charge capture and related issues.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate staff; ensure training and compliance.
