Job summary

ButterflyMX is seeking a Channel Territory Manager to expand its integrator and reseller partner network across the Western territory. The CTM will be a quota-carrying revenue owner who sells to partners, not end customers, and will work to grow partner pipelines and drive co-sell opportunities.

The ideal candidate has channel sales, partner management, and business development experience, with Salesforce and Excel proficiency, and is willing to travel about 50% to meet partners, attend events,

Qualifications

3+ years in quota-carrying channel sales, partner management, or business development.
Experience with security, access control, video surveillance, or IT VAR preferred.
Fluency in Salesforce, Excel, and standard business software.

Responsibilities

Own and grow the partner relationship across all tiers in the West Coast.
Run the three core CTM motions: whale hunting, tier progression activation, and commercial vertical development.
Identify, pursue, and sign target integrators focusing on margin and recurring revenue.
Build joint business plans with Gold and Silver partners and run quarterly QBRs.
Partner with internal AEs on co-sell motion and honor deal registration.
Travel in-territory to partner offices, job sites, and events (~50%).
Maintain accurate partner records, pipeline, and forecast in Salesforce.
