Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Channel Presales Technical Architect to grow technical advocacy for HPE storage across the partner community. You will be the trusted technical advisor to our top channel partners, helping their teams design and deliver HPE storage solutions and translate partner capability into pipeline and revenue growth.

This role combines storage architecture expertise with partner enablement, working with partner sellers and engineers on live opportunities and building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of technical presales experience with a major storage vendor or channel partner.
• Hands-on expertise in pitching, demoing and architecting storage solutions.
• Knowledge of virtualization (VMware or KVM) and multiple application stacks.
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/Google) with certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, lasting relationships with partner technical and sales teams and become their go-to resource for HPE storage.
• Join deep-dive discussions with partners and end customers to understand needs and translate them into an architected solution.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demos that tie HPE's capabilities to business outcomes.
• Support solution configurations and PoCs that meet partner and end-customer requirements.
• Develop competitive strategies with partners to win against competing vendors.
• Keep pipeline information accurate and current for partners, ensuring deals move toward close.
