Job summary

Censys is seeking a Channel Solutions Engineer to act as the main technical resource for channel partners across the US. You will bridge complex cybersecurity solutions with partner success, delivering product demonstrations, solution architectures, and technical training to resellers and distributors.

You will be a trusted advisor, translating capabilities into business value, while collaborating with internal teams and feeding insights to product strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner solution consulting or pre-sales engineering.
• Experience with channel sales models and working with resellers/distributors.
• Experience selling, implementing, or managing SaaS offerings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical leader for channel partners within the assigned region.
• Collaborate with focus partners to develop business plans aligned to objectives.
• Provide technical pre-sales support including presentations, demonstrations, and solution design.
• Collaborate with sales peers to identify new partnerships and expand existing ones.
• Plan and run detailed technical training for partners on products, solutions, and integration processes.
• Support channel partners with technical issues during and after implementation.
• Design and deliver customized solutions based on partner/customer needs.
• Stay updated on product roadmaps and industry trends to assist partners.
