Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Channel Partner Presales Solutions Architect Manager to lead a distributed team of technical professionals across our partner ecosystem. This remote role focuses on enabling partners and aligning technical enablement with business goals.

You will drive enablement strategies, collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, and accelerate joint go-to-market initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes while operating in a remote-capable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
5+ years of people management experience leading technical teams, with distributed teams.
10+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical consulting.
3+ years working with technology/partner ecosystem or partner enablement roles.
Deep knowledge of hybrid and multi-cloud environments, virtualization, monitoring and automation.
Familiarity with HPE Cloud Operations Suite components or similar enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team of Partner Solutions Architects.
Define and execute technical enablement strategies for the partner ecosystem.
Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key partners and manage escalations.
Design scalable processes to improve partner enablement efficiency across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
Establish technical standards and quality benchmarks for solution architecture.
