Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of people management experience leading technical teams.
• 10+ years in solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical consulting.
• 3+ years of partner/channel experience with joint go-to-market exposure.
• Deep knowledge of hybrid/multi-cloud, virtualization, monitoring/automation, IT infra.
• Familiarity with HPE Cloud Operations Suite components or similar enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Partner Solutions Architects.
• Define and execute technical enablement strategies for the partner ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to align partner needs.
• Build and maintain strong partner technical relationships and escalation paths.
• Design scalable processes and tools to improve partner enablement across multi-cloud environments.
• Establish technical standards and quality benchmarks for solution architecture.
• Track and report KPIs including partner certification progress and deployment success.
• Lead recruitment to grow team capabilities for evolving tech landscape.
• Stay current with industry trends to guide strategic technical direction.
