Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of people management experience leading technical teams, across distributed orgs.
• 10+ years in solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical consulting with increasing responsibility.
• 3+ years with technology/ channel partners, with joint go-to-market understanding.
• Deep knowledge of hybrid and multi-cloud, virtualization, monitoring, and enterprise IT infra.
• Familiarity with HPE Cloud Operations Suite components (OpsRamp, Morpheus, Zerto) or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Partner Solutions Architects.
• Define and execute comprehensive technical enablement strategies for partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to align partner needs with GTM strategies.
• Manage key partner relationships and escalate complex technical issues.
• Design scalable processes and tools to improve enablement efficiency across multi-clouds.
• Set technical standards and ensure high-quality delivery and documentation.
• Track KPIs, partner certifications, deployment success, and revenue impact.
• Lead talent acquisition to grow the team and capabilities.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to guide strategic technical direction.
