• Deep channel knowledge and strong understanding of networking services.
• Excellent analytical thinking, data manipulation, and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Proven leadership in large, cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Define go-forward channel service L2C strategy and partner journey.
• Gather channel services L2C requirements at the EPIC level and socialize with IT/architects.
• Write user story requirements in collaboration with services L2C architect and pillar lead.
• Drive design sessions to ensure the design meets channel services requirements.
• Plan, lead and monitor testing to ensure timely completion with zero defects.
• Engage with Accenture and coordinate MOC and change impacts.
• Meet with distributors and resellers to share updates and gather feedback.
