Responsibilities

• Define go-forward channel service L2C strategy.
• Document end-to-end partner journey and experience.
• Drive stakeholder map and disposition plan across programs.
• Gather EPIC-level channel services requirements.
• Write user story requirements with architects and pillar leads.
• Lead design sessions to meet channel services requirements.
• Plan and monitor testing with zero defects.
• Engage with Accenture on MOC plans and change impacts.
• Present designs to distributors and resellers.
