Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Channel Partner Presales Solutions Architect Manager to lead a global partner team, drive enablement, and define architectural strategies for the HPE Cloud Operations Suite across multi-cloud environments.

This remote role expects strong leadership, deep cloud and partner ecosystem experience, and the ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps with cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, and Engineering.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
Management experience - minimum 5+ years leading technical teams across distributed orgs.
Technical leadership - 10+ years in solution architecture, systems engineering, or tech consulting.
Partner/Channel experience - 3+ years with partners or enablement roles.
Cloud & Infrastructure expertise - hybrid/multi-cloud, virtualization, monitoring/orchestration.
HPE knowledge - familiarity with OpsRamp, Morpheus, Zerto or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing Partner Solutions Architect team.
Define and execute partner enablement strategies across the partner ecosystem.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to align requirements with business goals.
Build and maintain strong partner relationships; serve as escalation point for complex issues.
Design scalable processes and tools to improve enablement efficiency across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
Establish technical standards and documentation for solution architecture.
