• Build and maintain strong partner relationships and serve as escalation point for complex issues.
• Design scalable processes and tools to improve enablement efficiency across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Set technical standards and ensure high-quality solution delivery and documentation.
• Track KPIs, including partner certification progress, deployment success, and revenue impact.
• Lead recruitment to grow team capabilities for evolving technology landscapes.
• Stay current with industry trends to guide strategic technical direction.
