Responsibilities

• Define go-forward channel service L2C strategy and document E2E partner journey.
• Gather requirements and write user stories with the services L2C architect.
• Lead design sessions with IT and pillar leads to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Plan, lead and monitor testing to ensure timely completion with zero defects.
• Engage with stakeholders and partners to share updates and collect feedback.
