Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Manager of Channel Security Sales for North America. This role is remote/teleworker with approximately 70% nationwide travel and leadership of a ~10-person team focused on security products (SASE, SRX, SD-WAN, NAC, ClearPass, and more).

You will own strategy, governance, and revenue targets, collaborating with executive leadership and partner ecosystems to drive growth and secure strategic deals across the North American market.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; Minimum of 5 years’ management experience with proven leadership of large teams and revenues.
• Strong business acumen, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
• Strategic sales planning and execution.
• Financial acumen, including P&L management.
• Excellent stakeholder management at executive levels.
• Ability to influence strategy and set policies.
• Change management and proactive problem solving.

• Lead channel security sales strategy across North America and a team of ~10 members.
• Own attainment of annual and quarterly security revenue and partner education targets.
• Drive growth across new, renewal, expansion, services, and recurring revenue.
• Develop and execute territory, channel, and account-based growth plans.
• Partner with Networking & Security sales teams to maximize partner and customer outcomes.
• Lead executive business reviews and customer engagement strategies.
• Develop annual business plans, forecasts, and pipeline strategies.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation; drive productivity improvements.
