Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Manager, Channel Security Sales for North America. This remote/teleworker role leads a team of ~10, selling security products including SASE, firewalls, SD-WAN, and related portfolios across the NA channel ecosystem.

The role requires a strategic leader with deep experience in enterprise channel sales, strong negotiation and executive stakeholder skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth across new logos, renewals, and services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience with enterprise channel partners, focusing on solution selling.
• Minimum of 5 years' management experience leading large teams and revenues.
• Strong business acumen, strategic planning, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Channel Security Sales for North America, guiding a team of ~10 members.
• Own attainment of Security revenue and related metrics across New Logo, renewals, and expansions.
• Develop and execute territory, channel, and account-based growth strategies.
• Collaborate with finance and operations for forecasting and resource planning.
