Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Senior Manager, Channel Security Sales for North America. This remote/teleworker role leads a ~10-person team, driving security revenue across SASE, SRX firewalls, SD-WAN, NAC variants, and related products.

You will set policy, align strategy with executive leadership, and manage channel motions and revenue growth while traveling nationwide as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years with enterprise channel partners, solution selling.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience leading large teams and revenues.
• Strong business acumen, strategic planning, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Channel Security sales team across North America.
• Drive security revenue and partner education/ certification targets.
• Develop and execute territory and account-based growth strategies.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
• Drive adoption of AI tools, CRM, and data-driven decision making.
