Job summary

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials (Europe) N.V. seeks a seasoned Channel Sales Manager to drive revenue through partner networks in the US Midwest region.

You will develop joint business plans, manage forecasts, and coordinate with supply, marketing and finance to optimize performance. The role emphasizes strategic partner management, quarterly business reviews, and hands-on sales leadership, with substantial travel to partner sites and events.

Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma or GED or higher
• Minimum 5 years of prior sales experience in Printing device/Office Products and related Software with Copier Dealers
• Proven ability to manage sales pipeline and forecast product sales
• Strong ability to analyze market conditions and forecast demand
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems and solution selling

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plan with channel partner to meet revenue goals
• Co-develop annual/quarterly business plans with partners and conduct quarterly reviews
• Review territory KPIs and financial performance weekly and monthly
• Manage 30/60/90/120-day forecasts and compare to actuals
• Update CRM, visits, events, training, pipeline and forecast reports
• Identify market opportunities and expand partner coverage
• Build relationships with partner executives, sales, marketing and finance
• Drive training and certification for partners in Fujifilm programs
• Collaborate with planning and marketing to deliver right products and solutions
• Travel as required (~40–50%) to support channel partners
