Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of people management experience leading technical teams across distributed locations.
• 10+ years in solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical consulting with increasing responsibility.
• 3+ years working with technology or channel partners on joint go-to-market efforts.
• Deep knowledge of hybrid/multi-cloud environments, virtualization, monitoring and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Partner Solutions Architects across geographies.
• Define and execute technical enablement strategies for the partner ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to align partner needs with GTM goals.
• Manage partner relationships and serve as escalation point for complex issues.
• Design scalable processes and tools to improve enablement efficiency in hybrid/multi-cloud.
• Set technical standards and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions and documentation.
• Track KPIs including partner certification, deployment success, and revenue impact.
