Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Channel Manager in Indiana to drive customer and category initiatives across bathing, doors, and sinks. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, ecommerce, and product teams to execute merchandising and go-to-market plans for multiple channels, including emerging categories.

A strong analytical mindset and cross-functional collaboration are essential. Required: 5+ years in channel marketing or category management, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is required.
• Minimum 5 years of channel marketing or category management experience.
• Experience supporting Lowe’s or major home improvement retailers preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Mansioni

• Develop and own customer and category plans across bathing, doors, sinks.
• Support sell-in strategies to gain placement for emerging categories.
• Coordinate omnichannel merchandising, in-store resets and online content.
• Work with Lowe’s team on category merchandising and off-shelf solutions.
• Prepare sell-in tools, product information, and customer-ready materials.
• Monitor category performance and support data-driven meetings.
