Job summary

Hypori, Inc. is seeking a builder-minded Channel Account Manager to recruit, enable, and drive revenue through MSSPs, MSPs, RPOs, and C3PAOs serving defense contractors. You will report to the VP of Commercial Sales and lead partner programs that scale as Hypori expands into regulated markets.

Responsibilities include managing partner cohorts, negotiating agreements, and coordinating with distributors like Carahsoft, while forecasting partner revenue and delivering enablement content.

Qualifications

• Experience building and activating MSP/MSSP partner programs serving defense contractors.
• Proven ability to recruit partners from signature to first transaction and beyond.
• Strong relationships across MSP/MSSP/CMMC practitioner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own annual target for new MSSP/MSP/RPO/C3PAO partners serving defense contractors.
• Source partners via outbound, practitioner communities, and industry events.
• Qualify partners on DIB, CUI exposure, and GCC High or enclave practice.
• Negotiate and sign agreements across referral, co-sell, and resell tiers.
• Run joint business plans and quarterly reviews with top partners and hypersales teams.
