Job summary

Paylocity, a leading cloud HR and payroll software provider, is seeking a Channel Centric HCM AE to close new business through channel partners and to cultivate relationships with brokers, HR leaders, and executives across the United States.

This fully remote role requires daily hunting of referrals, planning partner events, presenting Paylocity solutions to meet payroll and HR needs, and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets. Reports to the Director of Sales.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required. College degree strongly desired.
• 2-5 years of quota-driven B2B sales with prospecting and closing.
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment and handle objections.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and profile new Channel Referral Partners daily.
• Plan and execute partner events to drive referrals and engagement.
• Present Paylocity services to meet prospect payroll and HR needs.
• Travel within a defined territory and manage client transitions.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales quotas.
