You will develop comprehensive roadmaps, risk logs, and executive status reports to ensure transparency and accountability across departments. The role requires strong data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business strategies into executable programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives or programs.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority projects with competing deadlines.
• Experience communicating project updates, risks, and outcomes to senior leaders.
• Experience analyzing operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Experience driving initiatives to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives from planning through execution with governance and tracking.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and executive status reports.
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and risks through data analysis and stakeholder input.
• Lead process improvements to enhance member experience, agent efficiency, and sales effectiveness.
• Translate business strategies into executable programs with timelines and outcomes.
• Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and partners.
