Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks a Change Manager to guide moderate to high complex change initiatives across departments. You will apply structured change management methodologies to drive adoption, minimize resistance, and align with business goals in a remote-friendly environment.

You will partner with project teams and leaders to design communications and training plans, track adoption metrics, and coach leaders in change leadership.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge and proven application of change management processes and tools.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret data and inform decisions.
• Excellent facilitation skills and knowledge of group dynamics.
• Strong training and communications methodologies knowledge.
• Solid project management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support change management across departments.
• Develop and implement change strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness analyses.
• Define people-specific objectives and key results to benefit realization.
• Design and deliver communication and training plans.
• Provide coaching to leaders on change leadership.
• Identify resistance and develop mitigation tactics.
• Track adoption metrics and report effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to CSAA IG change management guidelines and use of ADKAR/Prosci/Proxima.
• Design UAT strategy when needed.
