Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery experience.
• Expert-level understanding of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies.
• Experience in technology consulting or large enterprise environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training Strategy: design end-to-end training and enablement strategy aligned with client objectives and timelines.
• Develop Training Content: create engaging materials for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Apply Adult Learning Principles: ensure materials and delivery meet modern learning practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: act as SME, collaborating with technical teams, PMs, and clients to translate complex concepts into accessible content.
