Job summary

Insight, a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator, is seeking an Associate Change Management Consultant for the Google Solutions Line. The role focuses on translating complex technical and process changes into engaging training to ensure adoption of AI and Google toolset in client environments.

You will design end-to-end training strategies, develop materials for diverse audiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field.
• 3–5 years of instructional design, curriculum development and training delivery experience.
• Expert-level understanding of adult learning principles and modern training methods.
• Experience managing full training lifecycles for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training Strategy: design and manage end-to-end training and enablement for Change Management projects.
• Develop training content: create engaging materials for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Apply adult learning best practices to drive engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with technical teams, project managers and client stakeholders as SME.
• Pursue growth opportunities and advance within Insight.
