Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Associate Change Management Consultant for our Google Solutions Line. You will design, develop, and execute training and enablement for client change management projects, translating complex tech changes into clear learning experiences for Enterprise AI initiatives.

You will lead end-to-end training strategy, create engaging materials, and collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and impact across client environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
• 3-5 years of instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery experience.
• Expert-level understanding and application of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage the full training lifecycle for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training Strategy for assigned Change Management projects and ensure alignment with client objectives and timelines.
• Develop world-class training materials (presentations, curriculum outlines, job aids, videos, modules) for diverse audiences.
• Apply adult learning principles to maximize engagement and knowledge retention.
• Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and client stakeholders to translate complex concepts into accessible training content.
• Demonstrate AmbITious growth mindset and pursue opportunities to upskill and advance within Insight.
