Job summary

Insight seeks a Senior Change Management Consultant to guide enterprise customers through envisioning, planning, and delivering user adoption, training, and change management services. You will work with clients to produce customized deliverables that meet industry standards and drive satisfaction.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Google Workspace and GCP initiatives, strong communication with C‑Suite leaders, and ongoing enhancement of methodologies within a flexible remote work

Qualifications

• Google Cloud/Digital Leader or Generative AI Leader certs, or plan to obtain both within 6 months.
• Minimum 3 years exposure to Google Workspace.
• At least 5 years experience in change management.
• At least 5 years experience in internal or external consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives for large, complex customers focusing on Google Workspace and/or GCP.
• Build trust with C‑Suite and executives; communicate progress and provide strategic guidance.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate high‑impact risks within transformation programs.
• Contribute to evolving change management methodologies, tools, and service offerings.
