Job summary

Insight is seeking an Associate Change Management Consultant for the Google Solutions Line. You will design, develop and execute training and enablement workstreams for client change management projects, translating complex technical changes into clear learning experiences.

Lead the training strategy, create engaging materials for technical and non-technical audiences, apply adult learning principles, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adoption of AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field is required.
• 3-5 years in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery.
• Expert understanding of adult learning principles and modern training methods.
• Ability to manage the full training lifecycle for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training Strategy: design and manage end-to-end training and enablement strategy for assigned Change Management projects, aligned with client objectives and timelines.
• Develop Training Content: independently create engaging training materials for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Apply Adult Learning Expertise: ensure materials and delivery methods follow best practices for high engagement and knowledge retention.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: act as primary training SME, collaborating with technical teams, project managers, and client stakeholders to simplify complex concepts.
