Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Sr. Organizational Change Management Consultant to lead enterprise change initiatives across business processes, systems, and AI-enabled solutions.

The role focuses on the people side of change, building trusted advisor relationships with client sponsors and senior leaders while crafting comprehensive AI-informed change strategies with clear success metrics. You will design learning and adoption programs, analyze data with AI-assisted techniques, and drive sponsorship

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering enterprise-scale change management within large organizations.
• Progression and growth within the OCM discipline.
• Proven ability to produce and own high quality deliverables for clients.
• Knowledge and application of PROSCI and other change management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the people side of change, including changes to processes, systems and AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead enterprise change efforts and act as trusted advisor to client stakeholders.
• Develop AI-informed change management strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Design AI-supported data collection approaches and measurement strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, design sessions and workshops for alignment.
