Job summary

Bexar County is seeking a Change Management Analyst II to support its Information Technology team. The role focuses on implementing an IT Change Management Framework, coordinating CAB meetings, and ensuring timely software releases while communicating impacts to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of IT change/release experience, strong metrics, and excellent communication across all levels. Telework flexibility is available within the county’s framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise IT change management and release management.
• Ability to develop performance metrics and continually improve processes.
• Strong communication across all levels and stakeholders.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment screenings.
• Must have transportation and travel to remote sites within the county.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements an IT Change Management Framework with policy improvements.
• Maintains release schedules and coordinates CAB meetings.
• Creates process flow diagrams and SOPs for change management.
• Monitors KPIs and communicates changes to stakeholders.
• Coordinates maintenance windows and patching tasks for core services.
