Job summary

Optimum Communications Inc. is hiring a Change Management II to independently drive end-to-end execution of the Change Management process for an assigned service area.

You will coordinate CAB/TCAB discussions, apply risk-based prioritization, and partner with technical teams to ensure outcomes with minimal customer impact. The role requires 5+ years in ITSM with at least 2 years in Change Management, ITIL foundation, and strong skills in risk assessment and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Operations, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in IT Service Management with at least 2 years in Change Management in a complex production environment.
• Experience facilitating governance forums and documenting decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of Change Management for an assigned service area.
• Review records for completeness and coach requesters on quality gaps.
• Facilitate CAB / TCAB discussions and document decisions through closure.
• Weigh business risk, customer impact, and readiness for changes in queue.
