The Moore Group is seeking a Change Management and Communications Specialist to develop and execute communication strategies for a Fortune 100 client. This fully remote, full-time role focuses on change management, stakeholder engagement, and deployment communications across global teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong writing and editing skills, experience in pharmaceutical/manufacturing contexts, and proficiency with Office 365, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Extensive strategic communication development and execution; min 5 years.
• Strong writing and editing skills with clarity and accessibility.
• Global pharma/manufacturing experience a plus.
• Change management principles knowledge; strategic comms support.
• Agile and multi-project experience; autonomous delivery.
• Proficient in Office 365, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Adobe CS.

Responsibilities

• Communication planning and execution for deployments and change programs.
• Stakeholder engagement with executives and project teams.
• Content creation and management of emails, posters, e-signs, infographics, videos.
• Guidance to business partners to ensure messaging adoption.
• Audience management and distribution to right audiences.
• Maintain SharePoint and Teams content hubs as a resource.
• Develop and distribute surveys to measure engagement.
• Build and maintain a library of templates and resources.
