Job summary

The Moore Group seeks a Change Management and Communications Specialist to support a Fortune 100 client. This fully remote, full-time role develops and executes communication strategies, manages change initiatives, and drives engagement across multiple work streams for global programs.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in strategic communications, strong writing/editing skills, and pharma/tech exposure. You will work with senior leaders, create messaging templates, surveys, and maintain

Qualifications

Seasoned communicator with 5+ years in strategic communication development and execution.
Strong writing and editing skills; clear, concise communication.
Experience in global pharmaceutical/manufacturing or technical industries is a plus.
Change management knowledge; experience supporting process or behavior change.
Agile and multi-project experience; ability to manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Attention to detail and strong listening and execution.
Certifications: Prosci Change Management, Six Sigma, CCMP, ATD, or PMI preferred.
Educational background: Bachelor's in English/Communications/Journalism; master's a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute communication plans for deployments and change initiatives.
Engage stakeholders with project teams, senior executives, and key stakeholders.
Create and manage communications deliverables (emails, posters, e-signs, infographics, videos).
Provide guidance to business partners to ensure messaging adoption.
Manage distribution lists and tailor communications to audiences.
Maintain SharePoint and Teams content as a project information hub.
Assist with surveys to gather feedback and measure engagement.
Develop and maintain a library of communication templates and tools.
