ExactCare Pharmacy is seeking Pharmacy Technicians to join our Patient Care Center of Excellence in a remote, phone-based role. You’ll support nationwide patient care by handling prescription data, authorizations, and communications with doctors and facilities.

In a fast-paced, confidential environment, you’ll enter information accurately, perform prior authorizations, and help onboard new patients while maintaining strict privacy and high service standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PTCB or NHA certification preferred and current.
• Must maintain state pharmacy technician registration.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional phone-based customer service to patients, doctors, and facilities.
• Enter prescription information with speed and accuracy.
• Receive authorizations, clarifications, or transfers using pharmacy software.
• Perform claim adjudication and prior authorizations, billing, and eligibility checks.
• Outbound calls to patients and onboarding of new patients; maintain confidentiality.
