Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 4 years revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum 2 years revenue cycle or contact center experience.
• Experience using scheduling systems and handling high call volumes.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments and procedures.
• Transcribe external orders and handle multiple departments.
• Provide patients with preparation and location information.
• Input patient data accurately and verify insurance benefits.
• Manage heavy phone volume and route calls appropriately.
• Mentor new hires as needed and support team objectives.
