Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 4+ years revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum 2 years revenue cycle or 2 years of contact center experience.
• Proficient in scheduling systems and patient data entry.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments and procedures.
• Handle high call volumes for multiple locations and departments.
• Enter and verify patient data accurately in systems.
• Validate patient insurance and explain benefits as needed.
• Provide patients with preparation and location information.
• Manage incoming calls, transfers, and conference calls.
• Assist new hires as a mentor when needed.
• Represent Intermountain Health with service-oriented behavior.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
