The role involves handling high call volumes, transcribing orders, and verifying insurance while ensuring accurate data entry.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in revenue cycle or contact centers, strong computer skills, and excellent communication abilities to support patients remotely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or 4 years revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum of 2 years revenue cycle experience and/or 2 years of contact center experience.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to resolve technical issues with minimal help.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments and other department visits.
• Transcribe external orders from physicians.
• Handle high call volumes across locations and departments.
• Assist patients with preparation and location information.
• Input patient data accurately and verify insurance details.
