Geneo is seeking an Area Sales Representative to expand our footprint in the Central US from a remote home office. This role prioritizes proactive, relationship-driven sales with MQLs, virtual demos, and training to accelerate early-stage conversions.

Travel for events is required and a strong emphasis on consultative, ROI-focused selling is essential. You’ll work with regional teams to meet regional goals, nurture prospects, and support campaigns across the Central region.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B inside or outside sales experience; aesthetics or beauty industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success with consultative, ROI-driven selling and lead management from discovery to close.
• Experience working in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or med spa environments is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing business.
• Skilled in conducting virtual product demos and confident using platforms like Zoom, Teams, or similar.
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to manage leads and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management & Conversion: Manage inbound MQLs, trade show leads, and digital inquiries, ensuring timely follow‑up and conversion.
• Regional Collaboration: Align sales activities with regional goals and work with ASMs for joint success.
• Business Growth & Customer Success: Develop outreach strategies and nurture relationships to expand market reach and promote Geneo’s brand.
• Provide feedback from customers and leads to Marketing and Sales leadership to inform messaging and campaigns.
