Job summary

Geneo is expanding its US presence with Field Area Sales Managers who will drive revenue by selling Geneo capital systems and consumables to dermatology and medical-spa practices across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. You will own the full customer lifecycle, deliver training, and build long-term relationships while traveling frequently to client sites and events.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, relationship building, and data-driven planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consultative, relationship-driven sales.
• Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or medical devices is a plus.
• Experience in capital equipment and consumables with recurring revenue.
• Ability to train customers and staff.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory revenue goals by selling Geneo capital systems and driving recurring consumable purchases across active accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across med-spas, dermatology and plastic surgery practices, and luxury spas.
• Use a consultative approach to identify customer needs and create growth plans.
• Provide product and business training in-person and virtual.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations to improve the customer experience.
• Forecast consumable needs by reviewing purchasing data and identify upsell opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to grow market share and retention.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts and set next quarter goals.
• Maintain regular communication through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Represent Geneo at trade shows and industry events.
