Geneo is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead the growth of Geneo’s facial technology across the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and nearby regions. You will own the full customer lifecycle, from initial contact to securing consumable revenue, while building long‑term relationships with dermatology, med-spas, and luxury aesthetic practices.

The role requires a consultative selling approach, frequent travel (60–70%), and the ability to train customers and staff.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in consultative, relationship‑driven sales in aesthetics, dermatology, or medical devices preferred.
• Experience selling capital equipment and consumables with recurring revenue results.
• Ability to train business owners and staff to scale practices.
• Willingness to travel frequently with territory management experience.

Aufgaben

• Achieve territory revenue goals by selling capital systems and driving consumables.
• Build and maintain relationships with med-spas, dermatology, and plastic surgery practices.
• Use consultative approaches to identify needs and growth plans.
• Provide product and business training in-person and virtually.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Forecast consumable needs from usage data and identify upsell opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to grow market share and retention.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts and set goals.
