Job summary

Geneo United is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead growth across dermatology and aesthetics practices in your assigned territory. You will drive sales of Geneo facial technology, build long-term relationships, and deliver comprehensive training to staff and providers.

You will travel regionally (60–70%), manage a full sales lifecycle, and work with internal teams to optimize the customer experience and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of success in consultative, relationship-driven sales in aesthetics, dermatology, or medical devices preferred.
• Experience selling capital equipment and consumables with recurring revenue results.
• Ability to train and support customers, build long-term practice growth.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory revenue goals by selling Geneo capital systems and driving recurring consumable purchases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with med-spas, dermatology and plastic surgery practices, and luxury spas.
• Provide product and business training (in-person and virtual) to ensure full adoption of Geneo solutions.
• Forecast consumable needs, identify trends, and uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to grow market share and improve retention.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts to assess results and set next-quarter goals.
