Job summary

Reunion Marketing seeks a Regional Sales Director for the Central Region, covering ten states with a remote-first setup and ideal base within the territory. You’ll own the strategy, target dealers, and drive revenue across the Central region.

You will demonstrate ROI of our SEO and paid media platforms, build a strong pipeline, and close deals from first contact to signature, while traveling to meet clients and nurture relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-performance, in-market sales in automotive or digital advertising.
• Track record of closing new business and growing long-term client relationships.
• Experience selling to owners, executives, and other senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Build the territory by creating and executing the market strategy for the Central Region.
• Sell face to face with dealer owners, GMs, and digital teams in-market.
• Lead with insight to turn SEO and paid media data into measurable business outcomes.
• Demo and close by delivering ROI-focused platform demos and guiding deals through proposal and signature.
• Maintain a clean pipeline using HubSpot, Gong, and Seamless.ai and forecast reliably.
