Pierre Fabre Pharmaceutical Inc (USA) is building a new US division focused on rare diseases and oncology products. We seek a CTAD leader to launch Tab-cel for EBV+ PTLD, navigating pre- and post-approval activities with cross-functional teams across the US.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in biopharma, deep cell/gene therapy experience, and a track record in complex matrix environments. Remote US role with extensive travel may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required and 10+ years in biopharma.
• Deep expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines.
• Experience in a collaborative, complex matrix environment.
• Sales experience in ultra-rare disease (CGT) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead disease awareness and build relationships with clinical and non-clinical experts for EBV+ PTLD.
• Own onboarding and pre-approval activities for launching allogeneic cell therapy Tab-cel in US.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to support access, utilization, and patient experience.
